• To be eligible for the Unilak member rate, you must be a student, professional, or a student and professional who has a joint conference collaboration with Unilak.
• To be eligible for the student rate you must provide your student ID/Letter of proof. The student must be the first author.

The conference will take place hybrid, hosted by Universitas Lancang Kuning. This virtual setting reflects our commitment to minimizing environmental impact while providing a conducive environment for meaningful discussions. The event will be held on April 23, 2026

Registration Procedure

Each author must ensure that their abstract is submitted no later than April 18, 2026. Following the submission, the organizing committee will send an Abstract Acceptance Notification, requesting the full article manuscript to be submitted by July 27, 2025. On July 31, 2025, we will inform authors of the manuscripts accepted for presentation and those likely to be published in the E3S Web of Conference, pending further editorial checks for plagiarism, scope alignment, template conformity, and other criteria.

For manuscripts accepted for presentation, authors must promptly pay the registration fee (which includes the conference attendance fee) to proceed with the manuscript processing. The quota for publication in the E3S Web of Conference is limited. Therefore, if the quota is filled, even if an article is accepted, late payments will not be accommodated.

Participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting a manuscript can register directly by filling out the registration link on the website and attaching proof of payment.

Once the article is accepted and payment is completed, the manuscript will undergo a review by expert reviewers in the relevant field. This review process may involve several rounds of revisions. Authors are encouraged to promptly address revision requests to ensure that their manuscripts can be presented and published with high quality
